Case Study: The Ultra Runner

by in Case Studies September 9, 2020

A runner in his late 70’s who runs upwards of 10 miles per day while training utilizes  multiple Uplifting Services that allows him to continues to make gains and progress, even while injured. When he comes in, it’s mostly for strained muscles, sometimes the occasional pinged nerve. I do a lot of decompression and re-balancing on him to stop overuse injuries from occurring. When he is injured, it is usually calf and lower leg, ankle type injures, along with his abductors.

While he’s in training, he typically comes in for treatment once or twice a month.

We’ve found that he responds best to a hybrid treatment of cupping, magnet therapy, and deep myofascial release
